Welcome to the P.E. home page. P.E. is also know as Physical Education. Instruction is given in basic skills and techniques of fitness, team and individual sports activities. The general aim of the class is to increase group awareness, sportsmanship, muscular strength, coordination, physical fitness and basic movement.
