SBCEO School Website
Request and Authorization Form

All school sites and school districts may create and maintain their school's website on the SBCEO Web Server, with the authorization of their principal or superintendent. Each site should designate one person that will be responsible for the content and management of the school's website.

To establish a website, please provide the Computer Center with the following information:

School Website Name (2-20 characters):___________________________________________
The school website's address or URL will be http://www.sbceo.org/~websitename/.

  • If the above website name is already a pre-existing dial-up account, we need the name of the person it is assigned to.
  • If the above wesite name is not a pre-existing account, we need the name of the person who should receive the account login and password.
