Frequently Asked Questions for Postini (filtering of unsolicited e-mail):

  1. What is my Postini Log in Address?

  2. I don't know what my Postini password is?

    3. First try to login with what you think your password is. If you don't get in, a link appears on the screen that says Forgot your password? Click on this and then click on the Submit button and a new temporary password will be e-mailed to you.

  3. If I find a legitimate e-mail in my Postini Message Center, how do I get it to appear in my regular e-mail inbox?

    4. A. Click on the box next to the message you want and a √ will appear in the box.

    B. Click on the Deliver button.

    C. If you just want to deliver the one message from this sender, click on the Continue button.

    D. If you always want messages from this person to be delivered, click on the box under Approve Sender and a √ will appear in the box. Then click on the Continue button.
