Our mission as the PTA Board at Adams Elementary is to assist the students and teachers with volunteer support and financial contributions that help supplement the established curriculum. We strive to build a community of enthusiastic parents and staff that enjoy helping students succeed.
We start the school year with the Fall Family Festival and Back to School Night. We continue with the "wrapping paper sales", and bake sales at the Community Sing in December. The students look forward to the Scholastic Book Fair in the spring followed by the annual Olympiad.
All these annual fund-raisers are also our way of building community at our school. When everyone contributes with time or money, our school gets better and better. With the funds raised throughout the year, the PTA helps provide the school with funds for vocal and instrumental music, science, math, social science, and the arts.
We hold our general association meetings every other month to discuss school issues. We need parent participation! To leave a message for the PTA, please call the school office at 563-2515.
