To submit your application to CCTC to Clear your credential, I will need the following documents:
(2) A Copy of your Adult/ Child/ Infant CPR Card

If you completed the CPR requirement during your Preliminary Teacher Preparation Program, you may not need to take a CPR Course again. The CPR card should be valid at the time you submit your clear credential.

If you did not complete the CPR requirement during your Preliminary Teacher Preparation Program, you must complete the CPR requirement now. Options include:
Red cross classes
Online CPR Classes:
PTI Training
CPR Today

(3) Completion of Standard 16 Level II Technology Proficiencies
(4) Completion of the Participating Teacher Completion Checklist - Year 2
Once your Clear credential has been submitted, the CCTC will send your a series of emails. One of these emails will ask for an online payment of $57, and provide instructions on how to make this payment online. As of January 1, 2009, there is no need for a Cashier's check, all payments must be made online, per the instructions you receive in the emails.
