Description: PAL is a program that bonds kids
with Police officers. Police officers and other community members volunteer
their time as coaches, mentors, role models and friends to children in
our community. BPAL provides positive self-esteem, mutual trust and respect.
BPAL targets at risk youth in high crime neighborhoods.
