    Description: Statewide program that encourages and assists teen parents to stay in or return to high school or an equivalent program and earn a diploma or its equivalent. The focus of Cal-Learn is to give these teens the support they need to complete their high school education or equivalents and form healthy families through intense case management services provided by Adolescent Family Life Program
