Description: The CCC is usually a one-year program,
but corps members may participate in special programs to extend this period.
In the CCC, corps members earn pay and benefits and have an opportunity
to achieve scholarships for use at college or vocational schools. More
than 80,000 Californians have been a part of the CCC so far. The corps
has both residential and non-residential sites in San luis Obispo, Santa
Barbara and Ventura counties.

Description: Jr. Achievement introduces local schoolchildren
to economic concepts through assistance of business leaders and volunteers.
It teaches kids how to be successful in life. Using Jr. achievement hands
on activities, community members connect with kids, bringing real-world
experience to our schools.
