General Math 8: This course is a continuation of General Math 7 with more of a focus on Pre-Algebra.  The goal of the course is to prepare students to take Algebra in the 9th grade.

Pre-Algebra 1:  This course is designed for students who are transitioning into Algebra from General Math.  The focus of the course is pre-algebra with an introduction to Algebra.  The goal of this course is to prepare students to take Algebra in high school.

Algebra A-B:  This course is for 8th graders needing to continue in Pre-Algebra and begin studying Algebra. The goal of the course is to prepare students to take a 3rd semester of Algebra in the 9th grade.

Algebra 1-2: This course is for students who successfully completed Pre-Algebra with a grade of B or higher in the 7th grade.  The goal of this course is to prepare students to take second year Algebra in high school.

Algebra 1-2 GATE:  This course is for students who successfully completed Pre-Algebra 1-2 (GATE) with a B or higher and have qualified for the GATE program by passing the GATE Math test.  The goal of this course is to prepare students for second-year GATE algebra in high school.  Students must pass the math portion of the GATE test..

Geometry GATE:  This course is designed for students who successfully completed Algebra 1-2 GATE in 7th grade. It is also an option to take Geometry simultaneously with Algebra 1-2 GATE if the student is willing to forfeit an elective.
