Health (Trimester)

A trimester class alternating with Technology Exploration/and more for 7th graders.

Students will explore the content areas of: Communication, Mental and Emotional Health, Violence Prevention, Substance Abuse Prevention, Nutrition, Body Systems, Personal Growth and Development, Consumer Awareness, and Community and Environmental Responsibility.  Emphasis will be on personal responsibility, respect for and promotion of healthy choices, and understanding the process of growth and  development.
