Explanation of Menu Ingredients

Preference is given to local Ranchers & Farmers for procurement of items.

KUROBUTA Pork has no hormones or antibiotics.
“Petaluma” Sustainably Farmed Chicken is Certified Organic, Free Range, GMO Free, raised without antibiotics, fed a high quality 100% vegetarian diet of corn & soybean meal. Raised with no added hormones and grown from day one to maturity in a low stress environment.
All daily vegetables will be fresh, seasonal, local, and preference given for organic.
Local farms providing produce include;
“Something Good-John Given’s Farm”, “BD-Earthtrine Farm” and “Xiong Herr”.
Organic canned foods procured from “United Natural Foods”- America’s Premier Certified-Organic distributor.
