This event had its beginnings about 21 years ago.

Under the guidance of instructor Ginny Folan, the students enrolled in the ROP Restaurant Occupations program are challenged to enter a dish in the Cook Off. No limits were placed on their creativity or on their varied culinary tastes. Their pride in their work is evident in the photos you will find linked to this page. Enjoy.
