Nadra Ehrman

Nadra Ehrman is a housing and sustainability professional with experience in the non-profit and private sectors. Most recently, she served as Director of Sustainability for The Towbes Group, where she worked for more than 13 years.

Her Trustee Area encompasses parts of the Goleta Valley, including UCSB, and the unincorporated area of Goleta.

Before moving to Santa Barbara, she lived in San Diego and worked for San Diego Youth Services (formerly San Diego Youth and Community Services) and St. Vincent de Paul, providing housing and support services to at-risk youth.

In her current Director of Sustainability role, she promotes, implements, and manages the company's sustainable business programs. She has also assisted in several green certifications of residential properties and spearheaded many sustainability initiatives throughout the company’s portfolio.

Ehrman is currently a board member of the Community Environmental Council, serving as the Governance Chair. She also serves on the State Street Advisory Committee, is a Katherine Harvey Fellows alumni, a former member of the IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) Central Coast Chapter 102, and a former Green Business Steering Committee member.

She received her Bachelor's Degree from UC Santa Cruz and a Master of Science in Social Entrepreneurship at USC.
