February 2025 Storm Updates

Based on the most recent information, SBCEO can confirm that the following schools are closed today (2/13/25): Laguna Blanca, Crane Country Day School, and Santa Barbara Middle School (all private schools located in Santa Barbara.) Two schools located in the Lake Fire burn scar evacuation area are also closed: Midland School and Santa Ynez Family School.

All other schools are open today (2/13/25).

As with any heavy storm, school staff and families should use caution while traveling, and avoid driving on roads prone to flooding. As conditions can change rapidly and by region, please look to your individual school and district for updates.
