Alternative Payment Program

The Alternative Payment Program (APP) assist low-to-moderate income families with child care costs on their path to become economically self-sufficient.  We believe in providing personalized service to help educate families on high quality child care options in their community.   The APP supports parental choice of child care for children from birth to twelve years of age.  Our goal is to be a "one-stop" shop for families providing a warm connection between resources.
