Did you know that you don't need a teaching credential to work in education? From roles in finance, information technology, human resources and beyond, there are many roles available in schools and districts across Santa Barbara County.

Born out of a pressing need to address the ongoing hiring shortages impacting schools across the county, state, and nation, SBCEO's Join the Journey campaign is designed to attract candidates to the field and offers a real-world glimpse into the many occupations that exist in schools, districts, and the county education office. View the videos below and check back throughout the year for new releases!

And don't forget to check out sbceo.org/hr or your local school district’s website for openings at a school or district office near you.
