Born out of a pressing need to address the ongoing hiring shortages impacting schools across the county, state, and nation, SBCEO's Join the Journey campaign is designed to attract candidates to the field.
From the start, this campaign was not only meant to help SBCEO, but also our Santa Barbara County districts and schools with hiring. That’s why we have built the campaign toolkit, built for Santa Barbara County districts and schools to take and make their own.
