Baby Steps to Learning is an infant and toddler center supporting children from birth to three years of age.  We are play-based, allowing children to explore while they learn and develop life-long friendships. The program is designed to support working families with childcare during their work day while providing an educational program for children. The program is open 240 days out of the year, providing a friendly, healthy, and developmentally-appropriate space for children to play and learn. Baby Steps participates in Quality Counts California, keeping quality and continued improvements at the forefront of what we do.  We continue to improve services ensuring every child receives the nurturing care and assistance needed to reach their fullest potential.  Caring for our youngest learners is essential and we are here to support the needs of the community.

Our Cal-SAFE programs provide teen parents with childcare allowing them to complete their education.  This program is free for parents who qualify.

These programs provide friendly, healthy, and developmentally appropriate environments for children and families to reach their full potential.  While participating in the Cal-SAFE program teen parents are educated in stress management, child development, positive parenting, and more.  Our staff provides a direct connection with community resources to support the needs of the entire family. Caring for our youngest learners is essential and we are here to support the needs of the community. Children participating in our programs receive nutrition services, health screenings, and social/emotional support.  WE KNOW CHILDREN GO FURTHER WITH EARLY EDUCATION and we are excited to be part of the process.
