Description: 
The Marvin Melvin Career Technical Educator Awards are given annually to two outstanding Career Technical Education (CTE) teachers in Santa Barbara County. Principals, CTE Supervisors, ROP program administrators interested in submitting a nomination must use the nomination form, link below. Contact the Teachers Network if you have questions. 

Eligibility:
• Nominees must primarily teach CTE courses in public, grade 7-12, Santa Barbara County Schools.
• Nominees cannot have previously won the award.
• Nominees must have completed a minimum of three years teaching CTE.

The nomination window for this award is now closed. Check back in 2026-27.
