SBCEO Williams Complaints

What is a Williams Complaint?

A Williams Complaint is a type of Uniform Complaint used to report concerns about instructional materials, emergency or urgent facility conditions that may threaten the health and safety of students, or teacher vacancies or misassignments.

A Williams Complaint may be filed anonymously. However, if you would like to receive a response, you must provide contact information. Complaints should be filed with the SBCEO Program Manager or designee at the school where the concern occurred.

To file a complaint, please use the form linked on this page. Complaint forms are also available at school sites or program offices. A complainant is not required to use the form, as long as the complain is submitted in writing.
