Handle with Care is a program of the Santa Barbara County Education Office. It launched in December 2021 in partnership with the Santa Barbara County District Attorney’s Office, Guadalupe Union School District, Guadalupe Police Department, and the Santa Barbara County Department of Social Services to provide more seamless linkages between agencies as we support children and youth in Santa Barbara County who experience traumatic situations.
