2021-2024 Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP)
The LCAP is a three-year plan that describes the goals, actions, services, and expenditures to support positive student outcomes that address state and local priorities. The LCAP provides an opportunity for local educational agencies (LEAs) to share their stories of how, what, and why programs and services are selected to meet their local needs. All required components of the plan must be posted as one document using a template, which links below.
The components of the LCAP for the 2022–2023 LCAP year must be posted as one document assembled in the following order:

Budget Overview for Parents
The Budget Overview for Parents is a document that describes a district’s, or Local Educational Agency’s (LEA’s), revenues and expenses, especially as they pertain to Local Control Funding Formula and money targeted to support low-income students, English learners, foster and homeless youth. As much as is possible, the document should use language and graphs that all readers are able to understand.

CA School Dashboard
In July 2021, Assembly Bill 130 was signed into law which prohibits the publication of state indicators on the 2021 Dashboard and requires reporting of specific state and local data. Therefore, the 2021 CA Dashboard will include:
-
Local educational agency (LEA) and school details (e.g., LEA/school address)
-
Student population data (e.g., enrollment data)
-
Local Indicator data without performance determinations (i.e. Met, Not Met, Not Met for Two or More Years)
-
A link to DataQuest or a CDE web page that reports available valid and reliable data collected in the California Longitudinal Pupil Achievement Data System (CALPADS ) that would have been included in the 2021 Dashboard (e.g. Graduation Rate, Chronic Absenteeism)
